Peralta Beach is being developed in phases. The first phase saw the construction of Heights2 - a development of twenty 3 & 4 bedroom luxury contemporary homes each with their own pool. In the next phase, Heights 3 the goal has been to diversify the concept to create a sense of inclusion and community.
